Dr. Nicole Kratimenos, LMHC, QS, NCC, C-DBT, BC-TMH,
Owner/Director/ Primary Licensed Therapist
I have over 20 years of experience working in the counseling field. I received my Associate's Degree in Psychology from St. Petersburg College in 2002, double Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of South Florida in 2004, a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida in 2006 and a Doctoral degree from National Louis University in 2022. I also obtained my Mental Health Counselor license in the State of Florida in 2009. I have experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups ages 4 and up.
- Certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy.
- Board Certified Counselor since 2024.
- Board Certified in Telemental Health Counseling since 2024.
- Level 3 trained in Gottman Couples Counseling.
- AMHCA Mental Health Counselor of the Year in 2021.

Maria Milana, MS, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Understands the importance of creating a safe counseling environment, building a trusting, non-judgmental, empathetic, and collaborative atmosphere to help her clients achieve positive mental health outcomes on their journey toward healing and mental health wellness. Maria has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and those with severe emotional, behavioral mental health disorders. Maria graduated from St. Petersburg College in 2014, the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg with a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude in Psychology in 2017, and completed her Master of Science Counseling Degree at National Louis University with honors from Chi Sigma Iota Counseling and Professional Honor Society International in 2021.
